  • Created and managed the Research Plan, a key part of the Performance Analysis/Needs Assessment (PA/NA). This plan was the original building block for the PA/NA and has been a valuable tool in documenting the team’s research objectives.
  • Created the Status Report web pages on the project website, in Dreamweaver, and updated them throughout the semester. Status reports are a high priority as they are a key source of infomation for the team’s sponsors and Subject Matter Experts.
  • In collaboration with team members, designed and analyzed focus groups and walk throughs to obtain feedback on TTAC Online for the Needs Analysis. The focus groups and walk throughs provided the team with valuable recruiting information.
  • Acted as liasion between design team and the Arlington Parent Resource Center in recruiting and organizing focus groups and walk throughs. Created recruitment letter to send to contact.
  • Created the walk through analysis document used to leverage the Research Plan and PA/NA.
  • In collaboration with team members, edited and created Drivers, Barriers, Next Steps, Team Vision, Mission & Goals for the Performance Analysis. These pieces helped set the initial direction and priorities for the immersion team.
  • For the project website, contributed to the Content Analysis of the TTAC Online website by researching and documenting the Resources tab. This research has been consistently utilized throughout the various project phases, including the inital data collection and design phase.
  • Created biography for team project site.
  • Participation in the 2010-2011 Immersion Project – The Virginia Department of Education is seeking to leverage and expand the content in its T/TAC Online web site, http://www.ttaconline.org,by creating a website for parents of children with disabilities.
  • Created the final sponsor presentation and numerous agendas for the semester in PowerPoint and contributed to all previous sponsor presentations. These presentations allowed the team to stay in direct contact with the project sponsor.
  • In collaboration with team members, created and will present the December 2010 Sponsor Presentation.
  • Created portrait (of Jan) for the PA/NA. The portraits added relevancy to the research and allowed the team to investigate the goals and behavior of actual users of TTAC Online.
